Den sperrst du nach seinem 5. Rennen einfach so und leute wie US radler, roadracer(evtl sind das auch die gleichen, hab den überblick verloren) fahren hier immer noch?

Nee, die fahren auch nicht mehr.

Mit roadracer, US Radler usw,. hatte ich Kontakt, das heißt das ich da Einfluss drauf habe. Wenn die mir sagen die machen dies und da snicht mehr, dann bin ich erstmal so nett und glaube dem.
Wenn jedoch jemand Mist macht und überhaupt nicht auf irgendwas eingeht bzw. gar keien Reaktion kommt, dann bleibt mir nur eine (vorläufige?) Sperre übrig. Verstehe deine Problematik gerade überhaupt nicht.

that is okay i think. i don´t understand quick too. but i have one question. is it possible to stop us radler and co by blocking their ips, that they are not able to create a new team or sitting another teams? or is it possible to scan all ips and compare the ips with the ips of famous multis?

Block and ip is no problem, but the ip will change anytime. So it is not possble to realize that a team can 100% never ride again.

Maybe you could make it via cookies (or both)? Then a user has to remove them before creating a different team. Ok, that's not so difficult. But sometimes cheaters are also dumb people who don't get the idea to remove cookies after beeing blocked from the race.
