Removing riders name

Would it be possible to remove the name of the Curvasud rider named "Léon Degrelle"?

The real Léon Degrelle was famous during World War II as president of a Nazi political movement in Belgium... As I don't think name as "Hitler", Mussolini or Staline are allowed, it should be the same for this one.

Thanks for the info. NC already made him stateless and made the FPC aware of this fact. Anyway, maybe Hunsrück or Luques can change the riders name regardless of what else happens.
