for info, I wont be around for 8-10days, so I won't be able to start the design. I can do a check / give advices about it when I get back.
Important thing to discuss will be the cobble climb of Cassel on stage 1 and stage 3 (different route on stage3; less cobbles there). Similar rating than on Dunkerque (as it's same road as taken previous years) or else ?
Also the new circuit on final stage would need an accurate design (by hand) I think; like the key climbs of each stage, hilly and mountain

I would like to discuss about this,
its 1.1 kms at 5.9% if we use a 6% there its 99% sure we wont have an MS in Paris
so could we discuss of changing it to a 5% to make the stage result more realistic and offer chances for an MS or do we go straight by percentages?
2nd i heard there is supposed to be pave? la flamme rouge also shows some kind of pave or gravel. official TDF site doesnt list pave so really not sure what we design here.

my opinion: 1*cobblestones and 6% is much too heavy: 1*cobblestones 3% Heistse Pijl last June 7 already made many sprinters loose. I am in favor of: 1*cobblestones and 5%, that will not be MS either. Otherwise, the differences between classification riders could also become significant. 1 cobblestones %5 seems to best approximate reality. the cobblestones in the last kilometer are in such good condition that I would ignore them.

no pave shown on cote du cassel neither on stage 1 nor on stage 3, no pave shown on the official site or on la flamme rouge

Bis question about the final stage is what kind of stage we can actually expect in real life. Is it even going to be an MS?

What to expect is the question; it is not much easier than the Olympics (of course, much shorter). Probably, they avoid some trickier technical roads to allow for the big peloton. So, will the agreement not to attack yellow still be valid on this profile, as it is the GC riders most likely to arrive solo or in a late small group.

no pave shown on cote du cassel neither on stage 1 nor on stage 3, no pave shown on the official site or on la flamme rouge
There is pave on Cassel, look on the roadbook the variant use for Mont Cassel is the one starting by D916 and road D933 which is paved
http://jmpodvin2000.free.fr/denivelleph ... cornet.htm.
https://www.la-flamme-rouge.eu/maps/viewtrack/68051
Check the different photo on google map and you see the cobbles
Stage 3 they arrived from Oxalaere and take D11 after so no cobbles (or really few on the top but they are on D933 for really short so not significant)

I stopped at stage 3. No reliable GPX data on Flamme Rouge. If anyone has correct GPX data, please let me know. I can help with the design.
Le Tour tableau is finished - hope everybody - who wants - can work in?

yes was looking on your link also - for Et1-5 was the same.
also the climbs - so I did an "in between" design. Axo climbs are different, but official website is different in-herself-in-between
