Just a minor issue : I don't think there are roads under sea level near Corinth (last stage) or I am wrong ?
It's on sealevel for a long time or maybe 5 meters above. Seems to be shown a bit wrong somehow.

Hilly race through the island Kreta. The big climb is far away from the finish so it looks like a race for the classics.
Last 10 Km: -2, 7, 5, -5, -5, -6, -3, 1, -1, -1
Is there really no Saudi Arabian flag? Maybe we should change that because the ASO will organize a tour in Saudi-Arabia from 2020. Doesnt matter too much, the race starts with an endless flase flat with only 4 or 5 kilometers steeper than 5%. In the end a long descent brings back the peloton to Mekka.

A race in the alpes maritimes with almost no flat kilometer. Still the climbs arent that steep and long that the classics have no chance especially because of the long descent after the last climb.
Hilly race on the chinese island Hainan. Last kilometer to sieb is 90-92. The rest is hilly but managable for the sprinters.

Sprinter race in Ireland. Only Kilometer to sieb is Km 37, so it's a proper sprinters race.

This race looks hilly but there is only one km above 6% on km 75 with a 7%. The other hills have a maximum gradient of 5% and so it should be managebale for the sprinters.

Hilly race with start and finish in Locarno. First we climb trough the Centovalli to Domodossola which is a long but easy climb on the way back the Alpe Colle has to be climbed which is way harder and will be a opportunity to get rid of fast sprinters.
A race for the climbers in the Valais. 4 climbs, Ovronnaz the steapest at the beginning. Crans-Montana and Vercorin not too hard and then the 22km long climb to Croix de Coeur, The Finestre of Switzerland. The last 5 kms are gravel road.
Hilly race from Biel to Aarau through the canton of Baselland, ending in the canton Aargau. After a relativly easy start the race will have no flat meter soon after Delémont and a lot of steep hills and downhills. Perfect terrain for some attacks from strong allrounders or even climbers.

A race for the climbers in the central of Switzerland. We start in the well known Interlaken and end in the way less know Dallenwil. On the way 4 major climbs are waiting, all of them very beautiful but also very difficult and steep. So it will be a climber that wins at the end of the day.
Another race in Greece. This race should be for classics or maybe even a hill sprinter can win it if he has a very strong team. The last Kilometer to sieb is on the last categorized climb at Km 149, 25 hilly kilometers from there to the finish line.
Climb KM 150: 7, 7, 6, 3, 6, 4 Last 10 KM: -7, -8, 4, 3, 3, 2, 1, 2, -6, -1 Mintact: Km 144
This race could end in a bunch sprint but the start of the stage is really hilly with 3 mountains and 2000 meters of elevation in 140 is not easy for spritners, but with the flat finish it seems possible. The 3rd mountain after 30km is also the last opportunity to sieb the sprinters. The last 110 kilometers are more or less flat.
