December Tour 2018: Second round vote

Only 5 days to vote.
The secret committee decided that 4 tours should advance to the second round.
1 vote per person, unchangeable. The winner will be the December Tour. Runner up, January tour. If 2 tours get the same amount of votes, the one that got more votes in the first round wins. If it's the same, another vote...

As usual the designer can request/decide a time, so that he'll be able to ride the tour.
Do it fast Mr. Tukh!
Nicaragua will be the January tour. Needs some stages cut, but I forgot how many..
