Novo Banco - PT wrote:LA IBERICA

Presentation: Ambitious tour around Portugal and Spain, containing the most famous passes and finishes of Tour of Portugal and Tour of Spain, and some unknown passes.

Stage 1: Team Time Trial Lisbon - 2km
Image
The first prologue between two historic points of Lisbon.

Stage 2: Medium Mountain Stage: Lisbon - Coimbra - 214km
Image
The hills should make little diferences, a classic or a sprinter with good mountain should take this stage which finishes in front of University of Coimbra

Stage 3: Medium Mountain Stage: Coimbra - Viseu - 178km
Image
Harder than the last stage, the climb to São Macário is the biggest test to the favourites, a classic should take the victory

Stage 4: Flat Stage: Viseu - Porto - 150km
Image
The first opportunity to the sprinters to shine, the finish in Avenida dos Aliados is hard, but a good train can control the race.

Stage 5: Medium Mountain Stage: Porto - Braga - 167km
Image
Big test to the favourites before the 2 next mountain stages, a start of a hard sequence, with 2 passages on Sameiro, near the finish in Braga.

Stage 6: Mountain Stage: Braga - Mondim de Basto - 169km
Image
The first real mountain test, finishing with a legendary Tour of Portugal climb: Senhora da Graça. The favourites start making differences.

Stage 7: Mountain Stage: Belmonte - Torre - 129km
Image
Another mytical finish of Tour of Portugal, despiste the stage is short, the climbs to Penhas da Saúde, Penhas Douradas and Torre will make it special.

Stage 8: Flat Stage: Guarda - Salamanca - 195km
Image
A chance to rest, before the rest day, the sprinters can fight the stage between themselves after 3 stages of survival. The riders get in Spain.

REST DAY

Stage 9: Flat Stage: Valladolid - Burgos - 153km
Image
After the rest day, the riders face a warm-up, a flat stage, with no many history to make.

Stage 10: Mountain Stage: Lugones - Lagos de Covadonga - 188km
Image
The third mountain stage finish in a legendary finish: Lagos de Covadonga, a Vuelta typical finish, anyone who wins here, will make history.

Stage 11: Individual Time Trial: Avilés - Oviedo - 38km
Image
A decisive stage, where the climbers with a good time trial status can make some big differences at the finish of this time trial at Naranco.

Stage 12: Mountain Stage: Oviedo - Alto del Anglirú - 206km
Image
The last mountain stage, and the chance of the climbers who lost time in the time trial to win this tour, it could be a spetacular stage at the hardest climb in the world.

Stage 13: Flat Stage: Toledo - Madrid - 112km
Image
The consagration stage is deserved after 13 days fighting for this first edition of La Iberica, in Madrid the sprinters can win and the winner finally celebrates.

Finally pretty clear win for Atlantico Pacifico. Which will be the December Tour.

January Tour: Since it's highly unclear what length the January tour will have, if there even will be one I won't organize any votes or anything for it.

That's not what Pokemon said, that's how it has been working for a long time now, even before the Poketator took over.
