Bordures aren't possible but it change nothing, this time you should draw a race which is exposed at the wind :
- The race should do between 170 and 210km
- The vertical gain maximum allowed is 1500m
- There is no country restriction, till there is wind (for example "road near the sea, road as for tour du qatar or paris-tour, etc...)
