Sorry for german: dreizehn suggested we should decide already before the voting which stages are cut for january tour because i changed the character by my cuts. I am opposing it - any cut will change a tour and the cut of the restday (obliged) changes more then then stage decision imo

I don't plan to make this a rule for the competition, because I find it idiotic.

It's a competition for December tour, January tour is a recycling event.

Designers choice about how to cut the stages because designer can decide what "change of spirit" he/she is willing to accept. Voters have no right to participate in the decision-making process.

On stage 7 of the Vietnam tour, there is a 32km min-tact for a 129km race, was this intentional, or is this a typo, because it seems like it would be quite a long race.

SORRY! Did really forget this over (pre)-christmas things ... changed now!
Another issue: You need to chance the status of the stages to "review" in order to being able to publish them!
