December... I am late again, grrr... Well, 7 season races says everything... Anyway:

Stage Races: We could have another one (3-6 days) between 18th and 23rd, I think.

December Tour: Do we have a time picked by the designer?

Editions: Suggestions/criticism always welcome.

Riders: Aizawl Cup and Pave de Noel have been ridden with 8 and 9 riders, so not sure which is correct. Other Fantasy Races / Off-Season Classics also to be checked.

Do we already have a designed Christmas tour?

another tour between the 18th and 22nd sounds good to me, not parallel to pave de noeal on the 23rd would be better in my opinion especially because on weekends we have lower participation anyways.

if we do a parallel tour maybe only 4 editions for Dolisie - Point Noire.

Final PDF?
All decided then?

The designer RKL set 14h in the editor, so I guess thats his choice!

Don't think we need another tour. Participation in the races during Andes and Namibia didn't look all that great. It will be much worse during December tour proabably, so in my opinion best is to have this tour in Australia from18/19 to 21/22

Aizawl Cup 8 riders seem correct, input mistake last year by me probably, rest of the time all 8

Tamil Nadu&Kerala though 9 riders. And as Flock said, 14h

And agree with Taka. Well, Christchurch is not in Australia, but I think too that having no tour parallel to the Dec-Tour and in January the January tour would be better. Normally the December tour will be better visited than the ulta-specialized Andes, having the Dec Tour AND something parallel will just lead to horrible participation in the 1 day races during these 4 days.

What happened to the 4days Japanese tour btw? It looked great.

We've had Allende as Pavés de Noel before so not big fan of that (even though the race looks perfect for my team). And just don't like one of the main races of the season to be short and easy in general, so maybe try finding another race for it? or somebody can make one?

As I wrote in the editor chat:
Pavé de Noël has always been a changing parcours. Since leso's days, a new fantasy race (normally with real pavé I suppose) every year. The name and the category stays, the route changes. Like the Dec tour without vote basically.

Support a new parcours for Pavé de Noël as well.

Another thing: Even though I will not ride tours in December, isn't there space for another one in the week from 18 December?
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Not yet. Would you like to design it? :)

That was actually a different race though.

I'll design at least 1 more pavé race either way, but not sure when exactly I will find the time for it

Hm what about Gran Premio de Laguna de Sayula as Pave de Noel?
Image

Is a bit longer then the race in Allende which I now plan to include instead of the Waffle Ride Mexico (as Gip suggested in the November topic).

Otherwise I would need a proposal, don't find any hard pave races lately.

I am for shifting the 4 Days of Christchurch tour to the spot 19.12.-22.12.

I agree that December tour will have much better participation and one day races parallel to it will suffer too much with 2 parallel tours.

I would also be in favor of moving 4 Days of Christchurch

This seemed to be the majority's favorite solution, so I've done that for the (not so) final PDF.

Not so final, because I left a '(tbd)' for the times for Christchurch und Christmas Tour. December Tour gets the most popular 9-14-19-22, so I am very open for more exotic times for those two short tours, especially shortly before and during the holidays. People might have completely different schedules around those days, so let me know if there are any strong preferences. Then I will try to accomodate.

If no changes until 30 Nov, deem it final final.

Pave de Noe: Laguna de Sayula fine for me.

Christmas Tour: Hansa, you wanna do it? Or someone else?

I can do, but i make normally only a tour for my rider. So it should make somebody else.

if you go ingame on the top row with the different tabs you go to more then to editor there on calender preview you find the profile for 4 days of christchurch, for the christmas tour you cant find any profiles because currently that profiles are not drawn someone need to to that first.

Currently we have between Christmas and New year 3 days with latest time 21h 4 days with latest time 22h and once with latest time 23h.

i am not really sure about the participation in the late evening window but i could imagine on these family days there would be a couple of teams that like late editions?

maybe even bring back midnight editions just to see the participation?

Good point, the participation at 23h was very bad lately, but the argument is good. Family is in bed playing some late night christmas RSF could potentially be a thing
