November, no proposal sent to Luques yet... all fantasy (except Okinawa)...

What we need as soon as possible is the proposed route for the Andes!
And once that's here figure out how many editions for it. And once the route is out we'll need once more people confirming at what time they want to start it, it has no sense offering 4 editions from the start and then see that a few have 2-3 teams....

The rough preview:

6.-21. ANDES

Before the Andes, possibly 1 or 2 early in the Andes parallel the European fantasy classics, Brescia, Lanzarote, Setubal, Coimbra

During the Andes: Parallel tour only at times when there are no Andes offered.
After the Andes. Definitely 1, maybe 2 short tours.
Another ones before the Andes looks a bit difficult with those fantasy classics?
Anyway, first of all we need the Andes. So pressure on Gipfel Yes, seems busy I know, but the earlier the better.

Sorry, very busy recently. Promise to finish it before the end of the month, ideally sooner (as I plan to design and submit Dec Tour afterwards as well).

Moja would like to ride Andes in the morning, other times are most likely not possible for him.

Moja needs to know if there is a morning edition until 24.10.
I hope the schedule for Andes is ready till then.

Team Alkworld will ride the Andes in the morning, preferably 9am, but 10am is also possible.

I'd start Andes at 22h most likely. 21h maybe.

A&D will ride the Andes, prefered in the Afternoon 14 or 15:00, if Afternoon is skipped going to the morning also possible 9:00 or 10:00

The proposal for Wagon Wheel really is only for times (morning/afternoon/early evening/evening) that have no Andes. Makes 0 sense to offer the Andes and something parallel, AND 1 day races. Otherwise we'll simply have 3 teams andes, 3 teams parallel tour and 1 team for the 1 day race.

If somebody thinks other tours better suited, look around in some fantasy threads, end of 2020 quite a few were designed.

Andes:

You need to talk people, inform, not assume I can read minds. My mind is too good to be able to know what your tiny pigeon-brains think, sorry, not compatible for mind-reading.

Since I'm not sure I'm able to read my own mind either, I write down my Andes plans:
Donkey rides 14h if at least 5 teams (incl. Donkey)
Donkey rides 15h if at least 7 teams (incl. Donkey)

So far in this thread (and the reason I demand confirmation or here as well is that the old thread is old and stuff might have changed) we have:

Morning: Alkworld, Moja (AAD)
Afternoon: AAD ((Big Donkey))
Early evening: Hansa
Evening: Gala (22h)

So 5 teams....

In the old thread there's a bit more, but again, I want more confirmation, it's not unheard of that somebody changes his mind.

The way it looks right now:

The evening for Gala is ok. 22h. POssibly 21h is more popular, but the evening people have to mention that, otherwise it will be 22 (but despite the lack of feedback the evening will get one regardless, the question just 21 or 22

Morning right now has 3 that would start there it seems, so.... why not, even if I'd like more feedback there too. 9 for Alk, so 9 the favorite.

Afternoon it's 1 and well, a complicated guy, so 1 for the moment. But since that 1 can do the morning right now afternoon looks unlikely. Very.

Early evening only 1, unlikely too. But in the other thread 2 guys mentioned that they would like to start at those times. So would be 3 and possibly in. Chense and waerl, they need to somehow confirm if they are around, otherwise they only count half... so 2 right now.

And those few souls that read here, it's allowed to ask in your races and report it here if somebody says they would start the Andes at xx times. You could try to send them here themselves, but if they seem unable to post in the forum, , then report it here.

No reports, no knowledge, no races, in the end that simple.

I dont know if I will have time to start. If yes, 21 or 22 is both possible.

Right now 9h and 22h seem on. Evening depending on other preferences 21 could still take over, but right now 9-22

18/19... 3 teams, not sure what to do, would they be happy if it stays at 3? Right now I'd probably offer it but expect little.. Rhodan possible, but possible evening too, so can't REALLY count him there.. .

Afternoon seems out, asked around in my races, there seems to be no interest except AAD and me (if enough people there). CC might be interested of course with his climbers, but he isn't online much so no idea. And even with him would be 2,5, or 2, since AAD seems to be able to ride the morning as well.

Would try to risk a 19 h Edition. With 3 Teams nor perfect but 3 sure Teams iffers chances for 2-3 more teams with 5 or 6 teams i would like to ride. Even 4 teams woulf be fine for me.

Wagon wheel proposed only in the afternoon and 20h. Or 19 if Andes is cancelled in the early evening, but since they want to keep it, should be 20.

as announced i would like to ride the andes! Best for me would 19 but also 18 or 21 could fit (indeed then i would think to go for 21 in the end)
