more than 2 tours parallel should be impossible.

I don't know cause it really seem to have a lack of players these times, very small groups sometimes

What about ride Dubai in parallel of New Zeland ?

I have one thought about the group sizes and number of races. In the past we often had two groups for a single race, which made it a lot easier for new teams to have some success and for sure motivated quite some teams to play at all (I remember myself heading for group 2 races back in 2007). Here's a quick overview over the last quarter of the past two years
12/2013: group 1: 184 races, group 2: 4 races
11/2013: group 1: 179 races, group 2: 2 races
10/2013: group 1: 271 races, group 2: 9 races
12/2012: group 1: 245 races, group 2: 23 races
11/2012: group 1: 239 races, group 2: 32 races
10/2012: group 1: 312 races, group 2: 55 races, group 3: 1 race

Easy to see that the game must have lost lots of players, but the total number of races doesn't reflect that yet. One good way to get back there would be to reduce the total number of races. That doesn't necessarily mean to skip parallel tours, which now brings me back on topic: If there are tours in parallel in February, keep the number of editions per tour as low as possible. All those small tours like Herald Sun, Med, Oman, Dubai, Haut Var and Langkawi can easily live with three editions. Esp. morning and afternoon can live with less races than there are now. The same would of course apply to the small parallel tours (I'd exclude Down Under as WT race) in January as well.

For sure, if we ride 3 tours parallel, we can only ride 3 editions/tour.
