I wanted to draw Ain as usual, but I probably won't have internet before the 27-29th of July, so if it's needed, don't wait for me.

I start Utah.
We'll be on holiday from tomorrow, so hope to finish it today, if not I'll be able to finish it once I'm back, or somebody else can do it.. but hope to do all today, despite my slow designing speed.
pdf
ain or utah right now, since both will be designed make it ain and utah.
eneco as the main one of course, but not sure it really needs 6 times... i would go for 5, which still is a lot.
Then the rest with less times. Ain 9-13 2 times, utah 9-14 2 times and PORTUGAL, if somebody designs, 4-15 another 2.
then there are 11 parallel stage races. should be enough.
same for the beginning of the month with poland, burgos and denmark, plus portugal again. 5 poland, 2+2+2, 11 stage races parallel. enough to allow everybody to ride one... yeah, not everybody gets to chose which one... but... then if at your time the one you wanted to ride can't be ridden.. ok, ride another one. makes no sense offering everything to everybody. offer the most important ones more often, poland and eneco. 5 times, if you really want 6.. really think 5 is enough...then the lesser ones twice or 3 if you want more.
and the tour 16-19 should be limousin of course!
categories. poland should be cat 3. it's wt, aux will want it at 5 probably like the giro.... since it's both wt.. if he studies the thing a bit he'll want it at 4, like romandie etc. a la limite why not, but i think since we are a freak game that takes into account the history and all that stuff, 3 for the lesser wt stage races like eneco, poland and down under fits. this year anyway since down under was 3. but pologne deserves 3.
as i said, i will do utah, won't be able to do more today, other tours, other designers

the gpm and intermediate sprints are not in yet. well, except gpm on stage 5. put in those and one on stage 1, that seems logical. but maybe the one on stage one not there... if so will take them out later. put in cat 3, read that only the first 3 will get points, so cat 3 or 4 for us. but again, once the details are online, i will correct it. will be in august though.

prologue 4 7

3 laps gps provisional as i said.
sprint stage
tt
difficult to design.. circuit, uphill finish.... reality 300 meters slight downhill, 500 meters at almost 9 percent, then 200+ meters flat slight slight downhill... ended up going for 5...
last stage later today. mountain stage.

not sure if i managed to save the last stage. huge internetproblems right now...... ok, forum working again finally. will try to save it again tomorrow, if not you'll have to wait til the 4th or 5th.. but basically utah is finished... intermediate sprints and gpm added/corrected later, when info is on.

Gaurain for Eneco... Anyway, can't be sure I'll finish before the 31th
To do : Delete hill categories and changing number of stages!
Stage 1 : TT... DIdn't check if it was really all flat... But don't care anyway, it should be
Stage 2 : It seems flat... And it is
Stage 3 : Nothing really difficult here ... ANd climb category arbitrry put at the moment... Should be corrected when better info!
King qtage of this Tour... Should be decisive for gk
Stage 5 : Flat TT... I decided to do it 14 km instead of 15 cause we have in total in real 20,4 km of TT in this Eneco... So, 6 (prolog) + 14 (TT) gives 20
Stage 6 : Last and only sieb km (6) : km 144
Stage 7 : Sprint stage normally

the ape wont shut up even from chaozhou
macrothingy, interesting, how precise is it? easy enough for apes to use?
but more important
Vuelta 2011 20.08-11.09
possible start times :
10;15;18;21;23 or
10;15;18;20;22;24 or
9;14;18;20;22;24 or .....
morning, 9 tour, 10 giro, 11 nothing, you offer 9 or 10 why? ok, here might be ok, dont know
afternoon, 14 tour 15 giro 16 nothing, you offer 14-15. why? actually 16 might be the weakest time of the group, still...
early evening, 19 ignored so far, continues to be. and here no reason. whenever 19 has been offered it went well.
etc etc
morning-16-19-21-23 is a sensible offer. actually, to get to my usual polemics we could just offer 2 times. since we can expect 8 open fantasy races and 17 cat 1 tours parallel only an idiot would ride the vuelta.
but forgetting polemics for once.. 16-19-21-23. the way to go. none of these times has had a gt this year. 23 never a gt. 19 possibly never too. 16 not since 2009, which then was only 8 teams yeah, but it was still of higher quality then all the gt groups of 2011 so far. polemics again, sorry.
but ok, what speaks against those times?

hmm vuelta profiles...good work...one question for me: really? really? so steep downhills at soo many stages short before the end? do the stages really have these climbs and descents short beofre the finish?

stage 7, cat 2 km175 ??? What is this hill ?
And what about the sprint and mountain system, don't forget to change it (after the TDF system)

stage 7 all sprints are bad.
I must control all again and adapt the sprint system.

Times are not defined.
Some profiles must be perfected.

Flat prologue to start !

Easy sprinter's stage !

7/8/6 for the last hill, with the flat part at the end, the 80/70 or 75+/80 will be able to come back on climbers !
2 last stages to come this week-end
stage 4 is UpHill finish but not really steep and stage 5 is Uphill but quite steep (Grand Colombier)
ps : problem for the graph of stage 2. What's the pb ?

why not also consider the half-hour?
for me
12,30 -19,30-23,30
strange?
however, 12 or 13 to consider ...

4. and 5. of Ain are missing but OL want to do it this WE
Danmark and Limousin should come later.

Danmark is not too hard to design, almost all flat.
The king(queen?)stage with some hills surely the most important one.
