Tomorow I'll program the december tour winner in the calendar. 5.12-16.12 at 10,15,18,20,22h.

What´s with :
the "Tour de Noel" ? same as last year ? 3 days 28.-30.12.
Jubilee race at 27.12 ?
new freedom tour or the 3 days Memorial Fignon or both tours from 19.-22.12?
World championship at 18.12 or 26.12 or ...?
Pavés de Noel at 23.12 ?

I would like to have hilly tours with 4-5 days in december. Will there be some? Imo Sheikh is for sprinters.

Giro d´Abruzzo: no profile images appear when clicking on the stages. Only the tables of gradients. Hope that won't lead to complications.

Of course stage 3 should be HC mountain stage. Already sent a PN to leso, but he seems to ignore me

And rest days are days without playing RSF, and I don't like them ;)

Don't think so. We rode Almeria this year already (with some days delay, beginning of March). And i guess we will ride it again at the given date next year. No reason to do it another time in December.
Furthermore we have lots of fantasy one day races on stock for the winter period. Let us fill the calendar with them, instead of real races, which would take place at the wrong date then.

No answer? Not that I care since I don't ride at those weird times, but:
Giro: 20-22
Tour: 20-22
Vuelta: 20 22
Andes: 20-22.

The 4 other GTs... mmh, I thought 5 times was for the late evening, so that they have a chance too. Now 22 is late enough yes, but all important races at 22? Was that the point of having 5 times? A race one hour later? That's it? 21 worked ok for a long time, no? Why kill it? Why not still give it an occasional time? 21-23. Is 23h too late for a long tour? Who knows, we haven't tried lately, maybe in 09 but not online anymore. Shorter tours yes, but of course they aren't very "aussagekräftig" Why not give it a try? I mean you had no problems trying to extend the RSF afternoon to 17h for the 09 Vuelta (just in case you already forgot) why can't the evening be "victim" of a test. One that would make 7000000000x more sense than the no Vuelta for the afternoon test in 2009 of course. There's even people asking for it. Even if they hate Kotballs.

Well, IMO you have no clue and no talent for profile reading.
Officially:
4 sprints
5middle mountain
2 HC

But it's a sprinters tour? Ah, sometimes the official classification isn't really correct, let's see the details

4 flat: Should be easy easy sprints. Ok, 2 maybe a bit critical, little tiny bit, reg, but unlikely.
5 middle mountain: Mmh.
-stage 3: Could be called HC too. No sprint middle mountain-HC mix
-4: Hilly, a 6 12 km from the finish. No sprint. pure middle mountain
-5 Hilly, very in the beginning, flat in the middle, hilly again at the end. 6 30 km from the end, but just before that 6 10, 20 km before that 8 7 7 or something. no sprint. Ah, looks fairly good for a Truebasprint, yes, if that's what you mean. A real sprint? Only if there is a superstrong sprinters faction and really weak and dumb anti sprinters.
-6 Hilly, in the beginning, then a 11 over 50 km from the end. Chances for sprint. If the sprinter teams are fit. so it's a flat-MM stage
-10 Hilly, big hill that finishes 25 km from the goal. No sprint. Very short, not completely flat after the hill, no hillsprint either normally. Middle mountain, slight tendencies to HC, but not really either.

So: 4 virtually guaranteed sprints, 1 that seems possible, 50-50, one that seems almost impossible, but not completely impossible 10-90

HC stages: Both not good for sprints either, sorry. They are not necessarily for climbers either, right, especially nr 9 a superclassic can do it maybe. it's another HC-MM stage in a way. Nr 11 lots of climbing, but the finish the easiest part, a lot is possible.

TT: Not a sprint as well.

For sprinters? 4 to 5 stages in 12 days? If anything it's for classic riders, they get 5-8 in 12 days. The one type that gets (too) little is: climbers. And, the climbers tour, Abruzzo, is already programmed. Even if I think wouldn't really be necessary, after the Jura-Southland-Andes nonstop climbers bonanza (stages+GT, GT, stages and GT) they could have done with less. Or a bit more in the dec tour actually. Damn Falke

For sprinters? It's mostly a GT, a bit for everybody.. you want another boring specialized tour parallel? Ok, but at least use honest arguments and don't say a Tour with 4-5 likely sprints in 12 days is for sprinters.

Am of the same opinion as claw. 20:00 for me too early and 22: 00 to late. 21: 00 is world class.

I had the feeling that the 23h tours had worst results since September but after a new look I´m not absolutely sure.

21-23 could be possible for the December tour but I think that the 20-22 is in general better.
