Some more times might be helpful...
I realize lots depends on the Dec tour, which can't be decided yet, but still... hopefully we can get updates here or an updated preview once that becomes clear.

Do we have some motivated fantasy designer?

I can do a little Christmas Tour, if nobody else want to do it.

I created the stage race just add your race profiles there! Try using longer than last 5km mintacts please

Min tact is a designer choice. We accepted by now that we cannot convince same designers who use very long min tact. So why now ask a designer about short min tact?

No one accepted anything about mintacts, at least I didn't. Mintact is naturally the designer's choice since it comes with the design, but nothing is wrong with asking for it to be changed when it doesn't make sense.
But here was more of a Joke since the profiles aren't even there yet...Just remembered the shappy race yesterday with a very bad 5km Mintact.

I disagree and find short mintakt very nice
as long as it's not badly placed (in a hill f.e).

100% right
Far worse than short races are the unnecessarily long intervals!
But we've been having this discussion since the beginning of time.

Pavé de Noël doesn't really have to be designed, historically the calender guy just chose one of the available profiles and declared it to be the Pavé de Noël.

We need it designed, as well as plenty of other pavés races. Do it Donkey!

Christmas Tour, a little tribute to the american Santa Claus, so we visist San and Santa citys in California.
Stage 1:
A little round in San Francisco with the famous Lombard Street in a short Downhill, over the Golden gate Bridge to San Rafael. Very much short Hills.
Stage 2:
Hard Hilly Race to Santa Clara, the wife of Santa Claus in San Jose. Two Mountains, 40 km from the top to the finish with 10 flat km.
Stage 3:
Flat Race on the pacific Coast from San Diego to Los Angeles. Some IS for some seconds Fight in the GC maybe.
Stage 4:
Hard Race in Los Angeles with two big Mountains, two middle Mountains and the finish to the Hollywood Sign.

Preview updated as more times were now available.
Any last-minute comments perhaps? I can give 48h to finalize.
Personally I think during the festive period perhaps less 8h/9h and instead more 10h/11h could make sense.

Can we try out 1 or 2 midnight one day races again in the holiday period?

5 stage races: 18-19 get only 1 (the most important one though at least). Seems overdoing it (once again) with the anti-early eveninging.

I do that based on my conclusion that 20 is the favorite early evenning time. 18-19 can be a bit early for some players that don't want to 22+, but 20 isn't late for the guys that prefer 18-19. Maybe some early evening guys can give their opinions about this.

I can't come up with 5 times starting with 11. Maybe you could suggest something, or do you think it's better to only have 4 editions during 23rd to 26th races?

We have one, and two 23h, but can add one more 24 during the Christmas tour.

A few possibilities:
11-14-17-20-23
11-14-18-21-23
11-14-18-20-22
11-15-18-21-23
11-15-18-20-22
11-15-19-21-23
Think these could work during festive period. Even with more 24 if you want to test it (but 2x 23 and 1x24 actually sounds ok to me).

Maybe 4 are enough? Look at Mindanao right now 9-12 participants with 4 editions. Of course the Christmas Tour without a ITT may be more interesting for some. I was not here last year, so not sure about how many people are active around christmas.
Another question: When can we expect every race ingame for the dec calender? so all the 1 day races. I dont want to stress anyone, I appreciate your work.

20h and 18h are often not the same people so difficult to say some teams do both but not all 19h often a good compromise as long as we have 4 editions even so if you ask there you often get the answer 20h is favored (for me too) and in the forum you often have teams advocating for 20h (me too) but not sure 18h is really less popular but possibly the people there are a bit more quite with their demand

I updated BVI 18 instead 21, KohKong 10 instead 8, pavés de Noel and Tour de Herne starting 11 instead of 8.

Just realised that my Dec Tour was set to 8 riders only instead of the supposed 9 riders. I adjusted it in the Editor now

Info:
This is usually done by adding the event tag. The event tags overwrite some information as category or number of riders.
