Yes.

Only 4 one day races parallel to the Vuelta, so at least one of the "main times" per day is cancelled
Out of 7 races in August parallel to the Vuelta:
Morning 6
Afternoon 5
Early evening 5
Main evening 7
Late evening 4

Noon got 1
