10-14-17-20-23?

He is hospitalized in psychiatry because he saw a snow shower last week-end, so he can't read this thread for the moment.

Now make it cat 1, and I'm happy.

Almost.

Next: stop programming Aux races.
Tomorrow our choice is: Paraguay, "real".. yep,"real" boring, or Buenos Aires, I suspect "real" and really very very boring. Just because the guy has a fetish for highly unimportant boring races do you really have to force everbody to ride that shit or not ride at all?

Introduce cat 0 for those non Uci Criteriums he has us riding. And make a real race parallel.

Or at least have him post his races somewhere like everybody else. Then we can complain there if he desecrates the Coppa Placci and don't have to bother you.

Good job by Aux drawing that UCI 2.2 in Paraguay for us. As long as there's no other real event on calendar I see no reason why we should prefer a fantasy ride over the Vuelta Bicentenario Del Paraguay..

But maybe we should have left it as it is, with 4 stages on 4 days except of putting the first 2 stages on one day as 2 half-stages

This was my decision
And Aux was fully satisfied with that ...

Pff, make it D5-6 if you want realism. Having the RSF Elite riding Paraguay is more unrealistic than having it ride a fantasy tour. Paraguay is a real 2.2. UCI Tour. Where nobody from the elite starts. Perfect D5-6.

The irony is that buy demanding "realism" we come out with less realism on this issue.

Ah come on. We didn't restrict Tour de Normandie for Div 5/6. Also Tour of Southland was open for everybody. Skullz draws each little Belgian amateur criterium, during the season as well as after the final "real" race for the elite has taken place (for example Sluitingsprijs - Zwevezele Koers, 18.10.). We rode Amstel Curacao 2 years in a row (this year it was obviously just forgotten). We ride and rode "Jedermann-Rennen" (Tour d'Energie around Göttingen, renamed to "Göttingen-Hann.Münden-Göttingen, last year I think). Some users are drawing Alpen X races or something like that. OL doesn't shy away from smallest regional races in France. I don't see why suddenly races in South America shouldn't be open for all. Only because the organizers failed to secure the participation of some well-known stars?

Excluding Div 1-4 for those races but at the same time forcing them to ride a fantasy race in Europe during the winter doesn't bring us nearer to realism on this issue.

And I proposed D5-6 for Normandie when it was designed in march, or when the real date is.

31e Draai van de Kaai - maandag 2 augustus 2010

By the way, Andy Schleck won it. Sprinterparadise for sure :)

It's a criterium....
Nobody cares who won, it's decided ahead of the race half the time anyway. Schleck gets lots of money, other stars too, they ride a bit and make it look competitive, one "wins" everbody goes home happy and richer. The riders, the organizer and the fans because they saw their stars.

If we want to ride criteriums, pay the participants money according to the eternal points of the riders.Coulie gets 100'000 to show up, something like that. Nobody pays any salary, everbody just gets money. That's a criterium.

Instead of the traditional Jubilee race, I thought to start the "GP Herne Memorial Dubray" the 27.12.

For the 5 Years Jubilee:
Buhmann is on the way to prepare a very special thing. This will first start in January.

What do you mean ?

The news should be corrected, so that nobody thinks that it's the announced jubilee race with free licence days to win.

Pavés de Noel:

km 109, -6 makes the second lap run 60m lower than the first.

EDIT: there are some few more slight divergences in the 2nd lap. Ok, it's christmas, forget it :)
