Tour de Med same as last year?
The organiser of the Tour Cycliste Méditerranéen has confirmed the race will go ahead this year, despite financial difficulties and the race not being listed on the 2015 UCI calendar.
Race organiser André Martres has published a brief message on the race website, revealing that the 2015 edition would consist of three stages, instead of the usual five stages, between February 12-14.
“This edition of the race has been more difficult to put in place than the last two editions,” Martres said in a message on the race website.
Martres revealed that the race will begin with a road stage in the Catalan town of Figueras, Spain, near the Salvador Dali museum. It will followed by a time trial stage in Béziers in south-west France, with the final stage between Cadolive and Pegomas, near Cannes. The riders face long transfers between each of the three stages and there will no longer be the traditional mountain stage on the slopes of Mont Faron near Toulon
I had some free time,so i decided to design it quickly ant put it online . Better, you control itluques wrote:THX leso for the work, saved me some time. This afternoon I check to see if everything is correct.
Tour Med imo is not necessary, actually I don't even see it in the calendar.
Amissa Bongo removed at this point, we can play it this winter, in Central africa will be hot I guess.
At the moment Herald Sun 9: 10 teams, Besseges 11: 7teams, Dubai 14: 7 teams. So at the moment no big problem. Herald at 16 instead could beRockstar Inc wrote:nobody knows...looking forward to the 4 teams tours and the 3 teams single races
edit:
so far, 7:00 in the morning
Herald Sun 9:00 - 8 teams
Besseges 11:00 - 2 teams
Dubai 14:00 - 6 teams
Herald Sun 16:00 - 6 teams
Besseges 18:00 - 4 teams
Dubai 19:00 - 7 teams
Herald Sun 21:00 - 10 teams
Besseges 22:00 - 8 teams
Dubai 0:00 - 7 teams
only one time we reach the 10 teams/race border...ok can change until the start times...but i'm quite worried to have some more" special "5 teams inscripted, 2 teams offline at first stage, tour decided because some morons decided to attack with 2 riders, have 20 minutes gap and attack then with 4,5 more riders each team later"

Is that the future? Every other week races with an average of 7 teams?Quick wrote:Why are you starting 3 tours when last month there weren't even enough teams for 2?
I hope No.Quick wrote:Is that the future? Every other week races with an average of 7 teams?Quick wrote:Why are you starting 3 tours when last month there weren't even enough teams for 2?
Actually leso the problem of many tours in parallel is just in few periods. Next probably will be for Belgique, Giro and Bayern in May. Just go on as we did last year, imo it was well organized.lesossies wrote:I hope No.Quick wrote:Is that the future? Other solutions: only 2 tours or some times should be cnaceled.
We must every time see and adapt.
I hope, the real season will bring more teams to ride.
Were you lying on purpose or just misinformed? Tomorrow we have 3 tours again and I'm pretty sure we'll have this problem every other week because RSF isn't big enough for even 2 tours parallel.luques wrote:

No, you probably just didn't read everything I said here and in xx posts before this. I said lot of times that February is a month with many tours, and out of this period (Period, I mean this month), we will have just Belgique and Bayern if we just keep the same pattern we had last year (at least till May).Quick wrote:Were you lying on purpose or just misinformed? Let me know what you think.
Don't know opinion of the others, I designed it as I am designing every tour we cut that maybe can be reused in the offseason. Anyway here the tour:lesossies wrote:luques wrote:Proposal of some guys, playing Haut Var (2 days) between 23 and 27 (on 28 there is Omloop), no problem to design it I have already the track (I guess) so just need to put it on the editor.

For me OK. Mini tour could be nice
