The race planned for 31 August, Trier - Traben - Trabach has the pavé - GPM bug/feature when you have the GPM at the same km as pavé. Despite the pavé is shown in the profile picture, it doesn't show up in the detailed profile. Just if the designer (Schappy) wants to change that (f.e. put the GPM one km later than the pavé).
Yep, thanks. Donkey already mentioned it in the calender chat, I will ask Schappy to change that (probably the GPM on the km after the hilly pave).
Depending on the profile of the
Belgian Waffle Ride Utah I might just put in one pave race on the 22. With Monaco having 1 hard pave sieb close to the end and Azore Cup having some ** in the middle as well it might be enough for August. What are your opinions?
I only see the race on 22 August, the Grolloo Cycling Cup as a "real" pavé race so far.
There are races with some pavé that could favour teams with that speciality, f.e. the GP Marseille (not Monaco

). But I would not count them as pavé races.
The Azore Cup is a race with pavé, but not a pavé race. These pavé parts will only prevent some teams from brining their climbers, at most. Otherswise the impact of the pavé parts in this race may be neglected. Il Giro al Tolmezzo has some 0* right before the finish, but I don't think they will have a big impact on the result. Graz-Maribor-Zagreb has some pavé too, but only * and totally neglectable. Even the Schappy race on the 31 isn't really a pavé race (don't see the sort of pavé though...). Belgian Waffle Race Utah I don't know.
So I think the pavé race on 22 August makes totally sense.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.
