1 day race on the 16th.

In the PDF, which generally is the bible, it says Murcia.
Now as I mentioned before, after all Murcia turned out to move back to a tour, 2 days, won't be ridden since one more Tour would have been simply senseless.
What to do:
- Fantasy race
- Murcia 18 as cat 1?

If somebody wants to design one of the stages..... ok too, but will still be only cat 1, seems a waste of time. I certainly won't design it.
Opinions?
Or orders from Luques?

Murcia as cat 2 in ODR as the second stage is a TT?
Or Murcia as Tour but no ODR during 2 days ?

My opinion about that: Just take the Murcia stage on that day I'd say. If designing it can't be done, use the race from last year as cat. 1 (in both cases, actually).
