Re: Afternoon Post Giro Criterium in France 2026
Wüthrich! Anders! Yesterday Wüthrich, plan was: Wüthrich in escape as only guy, parasite, tries to get the best out of it. Miss the attack, try to jump behind, Ousland goes, in with Wüthrich attack too late, one km later of course blocked... ok, Ousland. Group caught. Next Ole happens to follow, gro...

Re: Afternoon Post Giro Criterium in France 2026
Don't know if it was the right choice for Tukh. For Palamarchuk maybe, for Tukh not necessarily. Early form, early advantage for points jersey, don't assure sprint, later can also backfire. Next GT other sprinter might think "why should I ride on the first sprint stage if green favorite Tukh sprinte...

Re: Afternoon Post Giro Criterium in France 2026
Palamarchuk badly beaten, 38 points left. But Delpierre ended up not profiting, beaten too, not as badly though. Bad sprints all around really, don't think any of us did a good one. Donkey early, but with the situation, 2 trains free, wait, go early, no difference, could speculate to be able to jump...

Re: Afternoon Post Giro Criterium in France 2026
Artem and Anders, Bartje and Raimo. Artem with the important green points. That could actually change the coming sprints, if they are actually coming. 3 left, today, tomorrow and stage 17. With Artem having 51 points advantage a few things could possibly change. 1)Palamarchuk not necessarily on Delp...

Re: August 2026
- Tours: It doesn't matter how many there are, how many editions overall is the crucial points. If we were only riding Pologne, it would be 5 I'm pretty sure. So 2+2+1 Portugal makes 5. That fits. It risks to stretch the designer capabilites, but right now doesn't seem to be the case. So no problem ...

Re: Big Donkey
June 2nd place in D2 with 9862 points. So promotion. Just when I got used to the idea that I wasn't a D1 or even D1/2 elevator team anymore, but simply a D2 team I got back up. Didn't really expect it anymore. 2 stage wins, TTT and Kebede in Auvergne-Rhônes Alpes. 1 stage race win, the same Auvergn...

Re: Afternoon Post Giro Criterium in France 2026
Nothing much happening yesterday, and if there was I missed it. Sprint getting tactical, green on the line, so Gipfel doesn't want to do the train with Palamarchuk on the wheel, while Palamarchuk wants to be on Delpierre. Result, one train, since ECS somehow tried, but failed at trainbuilding. So "e...

Re: The Real Giro 2026 Afternoon
Interesting stage. Escape, Aurélien joined, somehow forgot to put Ousland on following, as was planned, but actually was quite nice like this finally, parasiting ahead while having one of the strongest guys. Bubendorf reacted right, hard tempo from the start, despite the annoying influencing attempt...

Re: Afternoon Post Giro Criterium in France 2026
After sort of outsider wins, Donks, Cost, then yesterday Bubendorf, more unknown comebacker than outsider, today we're back where GTs in the afternoon usually are. Tukh winning. Everybody recovering no escape, only Flandrien that was 1 km or 3" away from the sensation with Verbeke then sprint, 1 tra...

Re: Multi Accounts
If refusing to answer is a crime, I know a couple guys who should get fined too. Multis because you like the game, addicted as you said. I assume that your love for the game hasn't changed? Then why not help the admins by telling them how you did it (whatever "it" refers to in WZF answer, the re-in...

Re: Afternoon Post Giro Criterium in France 2026
Not much to do today for me... Kebede was fried by Bondarew yesterday, probably, anyway, at some point I saw that he had 280 or something like that left, started at 560 today, fighting on 5% forever I guess. Was thinking about joining the escape again, but finally didn't, Ole was eager, but we told ...

Re: Afternoon Post Giro Criterium in France 2026
Forgot the combative today... should have been Novak. Escape again, first goal was some green points for Ousland to keep it another day, that worked. IN the back Bubendorf unexplicably didn't ride. Todays group was so unlikely to work well together from far out that it really looked easy to control....

Re: Afternoon Post Giro Criterium in France 2026
Happy Donkey, happy Donkey Didn't really expect to win, hoped, but basically was ok to just ride and take it as it comes. Not sure if I missed much compared to Arré and the difficult Tukh rider, won't check that name, or to Flandrien or WZF, anyway, Ousland put in yes alone on the 7, to protect agai...

04.07.26 TdF TTT dropped riders on slight downhill (15h edition, possibly others)
Very weird and until now unkown behaviour in the TTT. Not sure it's connected to the change in the number of riders you need to wait for, somehow seems unlikely that should have an effect on who can keep up and who not, but I've never experienced anything as weird as today. Km 14 -1 Team FL, Erpeldi...

Re: Afternoon Post Giro Criterium in France 2026
Very unhappy with my TTT. Not that it will matter much for GC, but for my money quest... and pride... sniff  Overslept, little sleep due to that thing called World Cup, home at 17:30? Dead tired, bed, alarm clock at 21:00... after getting up at 19:00 to get rid of some of the huge amounts of su...

Re: Afternoon Post Giro Criterium in France 2026
1 A. Iskanderov: Auvergne bla bla, Dauphiné! Winner. GC leader I hoped to get a bit stronger support here. Leadership was promised early on in my career, Gabriel Giro+Vuelta, me the Tour. But the support, ok, I won in June without Lafuente or Gallego, so why not here.. but having one of them would h...

Re: July 2026
Ok for me if someone designs it. 4-days instead of 6-days and I can reassure RKL that it's for D6. Good good, reassuring me works. Many other posts aren't reassuring. On the real tour vs 6 day fantasy, the 6 day fantasy looks way more interesting than a 4 day sprint tour to be honest... And since i...

Re: July 2026
I have no big problems, if any at all, with fantasy tours for D6, newcomers. It's for D1-5 that it's bad (the real 2.2. race of course not better)

Re: July 2026
Just to reiterate: Offering Lippetour to more than D6 for me would be a mistake. It's not like there's no stage races parallel to the Tour de France already. (and even if there wasn't, offering a fantasy tour in season would be a break with tradition at c4f (has been broken before of course, we can ...
