I start here as well, first GT in 2 years for me... Normally I won't be able to participate during the week-ends, but I'll try and find a sitter if it gets interesting for my team :-) Regarding the team, not much to say as I only own 9 riders. 2 honest climbers (75+) with very good sprint abilities ...

I am not sure the amount of managers change anything! I already rode some races with, let's say, 8 frenchies & 8 germans. The french guys were talking together in french, and the germans in german, not very practical indeed... On the other hand, i have already been the only non-german in a race, and...

Pour hier, je pensais vraiment que tu partirais avec Fessler vu que tu étais seul au tempo, ça aurait mis une belle distance entre nous et le reste des grimpeurs mais l'ascension était vraiment trop longue et trop variée en fait, t'as bien joué le coup et je me suis planté

Peut-être trop tard pour que tu voies simply, mais j'ai pas suffisamment d'équipiers pour t'aider là-dedans mais Weis calquera sa course sur celle de Fessler

C'est pas une question de laisser faire, le problème c'est qu'il a deux coureurs de plat capables de suivre un tempo de montagne donc on peut faire exploser tout ce qu'on veut, il risque toujours de revenir vu que le parcours est taillé pour lui !

En tempo, tu ne lâcheras pas Brownham ! L'étape de demain est assez compliquée pour nos grimpeurs vu le plateau de 2 km de plat après les 9-12% :( Après ça ne monte que légèrement pendant 5 km avant 3 km à 7%. Je ne vois raisonnablement pas comment prendre du temps à Elb demain, surtout qu'il y aura...
