When I said I don't understand FPC, I didn't know what it meant. I understand now. I just wanted to clearly check the rules, and simply report the case.

Hello, i think this was a team attack on tour of catalunya stage 2. I may miss something. If so, sorry. But as i understand the rules at registration no team attack with more than two riders except for the last ten kms. There were still 26 kms on the race and the Haudegen attack with Sarqoun Barkley...
