Re: July 2024

So if OL wants to design 10 tours a month, we should take the whole thing to a higher level. If OL can't keep up this design heat all year round, we should think about what the standard tours are. Maybe we'll ride the UCI calendar year 2025. It just depends on OL. ;) Think he should get fined, if h...

Re: July 2024

Think first we should ride the higher category - after this the lower ones? So Tour of Austria vs. Sibiu cannot really be a discussion - Tour of Austria is a cat.3 tour, Sibiu only a cat.2? Portugal also cat.2 Naaaaah… Who cares about categories, if nobody wants to ride it? Should always be open to...

Re: July 2024

Pretty sure I will ride TdF anyways, but Sibiu could take place between Austria and Tour de l‘Ain.
Big races should take part at the actual date, but here not needed imo

Re: July 2024

It’s after the TdF. Shouldn’t be 3-4 editions possible for Portugal?

Otherwise I would prefer a 20h or 21h edition
Czech looks like a nice alternative

But I just like longer tours

Re: July 2024

Is volta a Portugal an option ? 24th of July until 4th of August. Quite long tour and interesting/various profile. A good transition between TDF and Vuelta for the teams who like riding long tours :) Also we have some portuguese players who would be happy to ride it I guess. Details about it is alr...

Re: Dreizen Insult

You are hilarious Giotti. This should be about you giving wrong fairplay votings. You gave negative votings just because you don’t understand the game. People in the chat even tried to explain to you

Sorry for the „idiot“ but you just made me angry

Re: June 2024

Re: June 2024

I vote for 5 editions for the Tour, just to see how it turns out

If there are no other stage races, than I would like to ride Dauphine & TdS next month. Prologue as half stage sounds like a good solution for that.

NC date is fine

Re: Early Evening Giro 2024

Because of the unpopular 15h afternoon time, we will start in the evening Giro now. No.1 Randu…captain Has been our captain for his whole career. Maybe this will be his first and only GT as our leader. No.2 Adderley…helper Cheap helper for every terrain. No.3 Beere…sprinter To slow against real spr...

Sorry I switched to early evening. The risk to start with a big salary and than fall asleep at to many stages was to big.

Re: Giro 2024

So the sleepwalker edition for me as well. As the mountains are too high for Frederick and I do not want to bring a hillsprinter team it means the focus is on flat and reg. With my team, that means reg is just bad and not disastrous. 1 - Pablo Yapuchura - may be his last big captaincy 2 - Ralf Resk...

Re: The Real Giro 2024 Afternoon

don't know where to start

just inscribed in the morning for some lineup tests
but afternoon at 15h instead of 14h makes it more or less impossible.

so I am still searching for the right time

General starting times I would like to even try a 8-12 combination, just to see how it works out. And the way I noticed most of us got a bit older, have families and most important…familytime at the weekends. These shorter tours are perfect to have them finished from Monday-Friday Don’t think we nee...

Re: January 2024

About the starting times: If there are enough managers that would start at a specific time it can be discussed. A bit late now for January. Better to discuss it when the calendar draft is published. 8 is not too weird could be set sometimes. 12/13 are more exotic but happens that some stage races g...
