Depends a bit on when RSF will be back up and you can actually change the calender... Postponing RVV tomorrow is easier as the morning version is already done. Postponing Pais Vasco with the ITT as a halfstage should be ok imo as the energy for stage2 doesnt change too much and it isnt the biggest ...
