My rider Tryggvy Gislason has won the NC of Iceland but hasnt received his jersey. Does anyone know the problem and could this be fixed?

C'est un faux dans le jeu. Quand quelques équipes sont inactives, ils tombent dans division 7b. Mais le système laisse tomber les dernières équipes actives, je pense, donc il y a aussi des teams actives qui tombent. Mais je suis tombé aussi au division 3.
